By accessing and using Evolution API Monitor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Evolution API Monitor provides monitoring tools, alerts, and uptime reporting for Evolution API instances. We are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of the Evolution API.

The service is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee that monitoring will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials provided to our system.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must have authorization to monitor the numbers and instances you add to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance based on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually). We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Evolution API Monitor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our service, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
